Create Round Plans in Bulk

Create multiple round plans and their associated tasks at once by uploading a filled Excel template. This helps save time and simplifies the process of configuring several round plans in a single upload.

Create new round plans and tasks in bulk using an Excel template. You can include details for any number of round plans in a single Excel template and create them in one upload.

To Create Round Plans in Bulk:

  1. Click the More icon (three dots) next to the Create button on the Round Plans screen.
  2. Click Download Excel Template.

  3. Fill in the required details in the template for each round plan and task:
    • Provide round plan details, task configuration, response types, numeric limits, tags, and conditional logic (if applicable).
  4. Click Create New and select Upload Excel.
  5. Select the Plant for which the round plans are being created.
  6. Choose the completed Excel file.
  7. Click Upload.

    The new round plans are created and appear on the Round Plans screen in Draft status. You need to review and publish Round Plans to make them available.
