Add Work Instructions at Round Level

Link a published Work Instruction to a round plan when the guidance applies to the complete round or several tasks.

You can add the instruction while creating or editing a round plan. The following steps use an existing round plan.

Navigate to Operator Rounds → Round Plans from the left navigation.
Select the required round plan.
Click Edit Plan.
Click Add next to Work Instructions.
Select the required instruction and click Go Next.
Click Save & Next.
Click Next.
Click Publish to publish the round plan with the linked instruction.

The Work Instruction is linked at round level and becomes available from the round after the published plan is assigned.
