Close the Permit

Review and formally close a surrendered permit from the mobile application.

Role: Permit Issuer. Platform: Mobile.

After the work is completed and the permit is surrendered, the Permit Issuer reviews the permit details and site conditions before formally closing the permit. This confirms that the work has been completed safely and all required records are captured.

Follow the steps below to close the permit:

  1. Open the surrendered permit.
  2. Verify that the work is completed.
  3. Verify that site conditions are safe and all required logs are recorded.
  4. Click Close to formally close the permit linked to the work order.

The permit changes to Closed and the closure action is retained in Permit History.
