Assign jobs to Work Center crew
As a back office supervisor, you can plan and schedule work orders and assign them to the work center technicians or associates across different teams depending on their expertise, skill set and availability.
If the person required
for the task is not assigned to the selected Work Center, you can tap icon to navigate to the Crew
Management module and assign the resource. Click Manage Columns to configure
the columns (fields) on the Schedule Work Orders screen.
To assign jobs to personnel:
