Enable / Disable Goods Receipt and Goods Issue Printing Functionality

This configuration allows you to enable or disable printing functionality for goods receipt and goods issue modules from Default Settings in the application.

To enable / disable goods receipt printing functionality:

  1. Click Defaults on the left panel.
  2. Enter GR in the search field.
  3. Tap on the record with UI Label as Goods Receiving EnablePrint.
  4. In the Edit Default Field section, enter the following:
    Field Value
    Module Default
    Screen Default Screen
    Table Name AUFK
    Table Description Transfer structure for orders (all fields in AUFK table)
    Field Name ZNDRGRPRINT
    Field Description Created On
    UI Label Goods Receiving EnablePrint
    UI Field Type Check Box - CB
    UI Position 17
    Default Value X
    Active ON
  5. Click Save.

To enable / disable goods issue printing functionality:

  1. Click Defaults on the left panel.
  2. Enter GI in the search field.
  3. Tap on the record with UI Label as Goods Issue EnablePrint.
  4. In the Edit Default Field section, enter the following:

    Screen Default Screen
    Table Name AUFK
    Table Description Transfer structure for orders (all fields in AUFK table)
    Field Name ZNDRGIPRINT
    Field Description Created On
    UI Label Goods Issue EnablePrint

  5. Click Save.
