How to create Tenant/Super Admin role

You can create a tenant/super admin role and provide access to relevant applications such as mWorkOrder and mInventory and the modules available in the CBO application.

To create a tenant/super admin role:
  1. Click the Tenant Management module on the left side pane.

  2. Click the Add Tenant button on the right-side.
  3. In the Primary tab, enter the following details:
    1. Tenant ID – enter the customer id.
    2. Tenant Name – enter the customer’s name.
    3. Tenant IDP – select the value from the drop down.
    4. Client ID – enter the client id.
    5. Authority URL – enter the URL to which you want to provide access (for example, CWP application).
    6. Redirect URI – enter the URL to redirect.
    7. Tenant Domain Name – enter the customer domain name.
    8. In the Tenant Admin Details section, enter First Name, Last Name, Title, and Email.
      Note: The email is valid based on the selected Tenant IDP.

  4. In the ERPs tab, do the following:
    1. In the SAP Details section, enter the following:
      1. Base URL – enter the relevant URL.
      2. OAuth2 URL – enter the relevant URL.
      3. User Name – enter the customer username.
      4. Password – enter the customer password.
      5. Grant Type – enter the type.
      6. Client ID – enter the client id.
      7. Scope – enter the scope id.
    2. In the SAP SAML Details section, enter the following:
      1. OAuth2 URL – enter the relevant URL.
      2. Grant Type – enter the type.
      3. Client Secret – enter the client secret code.
      4. Resource – enter the resource link.
      5. Token Use – enter the token id.
      6. Token Type – enter the type of the token.

  5. In the Protected Resources tab, do the following:
    1. In the SAP Details section, enter the following:
      1. Identity Metadata URL – enter the metadata URL.
      2. Issuer URL – enter the issuer URL.
      3. Client ID – enter the client id.
      4. Audience – enter the audience id.
      5. Scope – enter the scope id.
    2. In the SAP URLs section, enter the relevant URLs.
      Click the Add icon to add extra fields.
    3. In the Node Details section, enter the following:
      1. Identity Metadata URL – enter the metadata URL.
      2. Issuer URL – enter the issuer URL.
      3. Client ID – enter the client id.
      4. Audience – enter the audience id.
      5. Scope – enter the scope id.
    4. In the Node URLs section, enter the relevant URLs.
      Click the Add icon to add extra fields.

  6. In the DB Configurations tab, enter the following:
    1. In the RDBMS section, enter the following:
      1. Host – enter the database host.
      2. Port – enter the port number.
      3. User – enter the username.
      4. Password – enter the password.
      5. Database – fills automatically.
      6. Dialect – select the value from the drop down.
    2. In the NoSQL section, enter the following:
      1. Host – enter the database host.
      2. Port – enter the port number.
      3. User – enter the username.
      4. Password – enter the password.
      5. Database – fills automatically.

  7. In the Collaboration tab, enter the following:
    1. Collaboration Type – select a collaboration type Slack or MS Teams to connect to the external chat application.
    2. If the Collaboration Type is Slack, enter the following:
      1. Slack Workspace/Team ID: enter slack workspace or team id.
      2. Client ID: enter client id.
      3. Client Secret: enter client secret code.
      4. Client Signing Secret: enter client signing secret code.
      5. Client State Secret: enter client state secret code.
    3. If the Collaboration Type is MS Teams, enter the following:
      1. Tenant ID: enter onboard tenant id.
      2. Client ID: enter client id.
      3. Client Secret: enter client secret code.
      4. Share Point Site ID: enter share point site id.
      5. Private Key: enter RSA private key.
      6. Public Key: enter RSA public key.
  8. In the Configurations tab, enter the following:
    1. License Count – enter the count of the licenses that are provided to the tenant.
    2. Products – select the products that are assigned to the tenant from the drop down.
    3. Modules – select the modules that are assigned to the tenant from the drop down.
    4. Log DB Type – select the relevant database type from the drop down.
    5. Log Level – select the level from the drop down.

  9. In the Assets tab, use the Browse Logo button to change the logo on top right.

  10. Click the Save button.
    The tenant/super admin is created successfully, and you can access and edit it from the Tenant Management screen.
