What is the mRounds application?
mRounds helps supervisors to create operator rounds and helps operators execute round tasks, record asset data, and submit scheduled rounds with supervisors.

- Use mRounds to Execute Round Tasks
  This section provides information on how to use the mRounds mobile application to inspect assets and record data of the findings.

  Create an issue when you observe anomalies while executing rounds and close the issue that is assigned to you after you resolve the anomaly.

  Create an action to follow-up on an issue that has been marked resolved and close once you review and gather required information.

Create Rounds and Assign Round Tasks
This section provides information on how to create rounds for asset maintenance checks and assign them to operators.
How to add Master Data
Use the Master Configuration module to add master data. As an admin, you can create master data like plants, assets, locations, units of measurements, and global response set data that can be used to create forms and rounds.
How to onboard Tenants/Super Admins
Use the Tenant Management module to create tenant or super admin roles for onboarded customers/user and provide access to the applications and modules.
How to onboard Users and Assign Roles
Use the User Management module to create roles and so on, create users, and assign relevant roles to the users.

mRounds mobile application is designed to work seamlessly, efficiently, and quickly, even when there is poor or no internet connection.

When users log in to mRounds, the app automatically connects to the server and downloads data from servers onto the users' devices. Operators can execute all round tasks in low or no network connection areas. The updates are synced to the server when the connection is available automatically. This ensures that users always have access to the latest data.

You can work mostly in areas without stable internet connection, the offline capability of the mRounds application provides a better user experience, enhances the reliability and usability of the app.
