Update and Close an Issue
When the operator has resolved the issue, you can review and close the issue.
Update issue details after creation to ensure accuracy. If an incorrect asset or functional location was selected during issue creation, update it from the issue details screen.
To update and close issues:
- Click the Observations section on the left-side pane.

Click the Issues tab.
You can view the list of issues.

Click
and select Show Details of the selected issue.
- Click Edit.

Update the Asset or Functional Location.
Note:You can edit the Asset or Functional Location only when this feature is enabled through tenant configuration.

Update the Status to In Progress based on current steps.
Or
Change the Status as Resolved to close the issue.
