Create Issue Slip

You can create an issue slip to request components directly from the application using an SAP reservation number, eliminating the need to create requests through back-office SAP systems. You can track the approval or rejection status in real time, and once approved, collect the required components directly from the warehouse.

To create an issue slip:

  1. In the Components section, click on the Issue Slips section.
  2. Tap Create Issue Slip.
  3. In the Create Issue Slip screen,
    1. Select components under the Components section.
      Note:
      You can select components only when they have a reservation number.
    2. Fill the details, such as Goods Receipt, Received by, Issue Slip Type, Plant, Work Order, Creation Date, and so on.
    3. Tap Submit for Approval.

    The issue slip is created and displayed the status as Submitted for Approval. Once it is approved, the status is changed to Approved and you can proceed with collecting the components.

    Note:
    In the Issue Slips screen, you can,
    • Update the issue slip details by tapping More > Edit.
    • Resubmit the rejected issue slip by tapping Resubmit.
