  Before you start work, see what an operation's status shows, what an Operation Confirmation records, and why Timesheet submission and work-order completion are separate actions.

  After confirming the operation, submit the recorded work time for supervisor review.
- Correct and Resubmit a Rejected Timesheet
  When your supervisor rejects a timesheet entry, correct the details, explain the changes in a comment, and resubmit it for review.
- Complete a Work Order
  Complete the work order after all required operations, permits, forms, components, time, and follow-up records are finished.

Create a Notification Using a SCAR Code

Create a Notification directly from any location or Equipment record in a Work Package by selecting a SCAR code (pre-defined codes for standardized issue reporting).

Key information such as priority, effect, coding, target completion date, summary, and estimated cost fills in automatically. Inspector notes are saved for internal reference and do not post to SAP.

Open the location or Equipment record in the Work Package.
Select a SCAR code to create the Notification.
Review and adjust any editable fields.
Tap submit.
The Notification is created with standardized, consistent data. Notifications created offline sync to SAP when you reconnect.
