Issue Materials / Goods for Maintenance / Repair

Once the material document is generated, goods / materials that are required for repair or maintenance work can be issued, indicating the movement of goods for which the material is issued.

To issues materials / good for maintenance / repair, perform the following tasks:
  1. In the right side section of the My Work Orders screen, tap Components tab.
    A list of components including the associated material documents gets displayed.
  2. Tap to select the Bill of Materials (BOM) record and then tap Goods Issue.

    A message appears asking whether you want to issue the goods.
  3. Tap Yes.
    Goods are now issued for maintenance or repair work based on this activity.
