Access Documents from DMS like MS SharePoint

mWorkOrder application enables integration with Document Mangagement Systems (DMS) like MS SharePoint. This helps you to access important documents related to the equipment and job works from MS SharePoint while using mWorkOrder application. The documents are made available to you when you are in both online and offline modes. This means that you can download the documents and view them even when out of network coverage area and complete your tasks. You can even update the document and save it as new document.

You can access all the documents that are linked to Work Orders, Functional Location, Equipment, Product Resource Tools (PRTs), and Notifications.

To view the documents:

  1. On the Home screen, tap My Jobs.
  2. On the My Work Orders screens, tap the work order.
  3. Tap the Attachments tab.

  4. Expand the linked attachment and tap the Download icon to download the document.
  5. Select the document to open and view it.
    Note: Only MS SharePoint links have the download option.
