Follow-up notification is used to notify malfunction findings while executing maintenance activities of a Work Order. You can create the Follow-up Notifications for the Work Orders with statuses Technically Completed, Released, and Created.

Create Notifications when Equipment needs Maintenance / Repair
When an equipment needs repair or maintenance, you as a technician or supervisor can create a notification using the Notifications module requesting an inspection. After inspection of the equipment, a work order is created, if required.

A Work Order refers to a job order created by quality inspector for maintenance or repair of an equipment. The work order, once raised, is sent to plant personnel.

  mWorkOrder application enables integration with Document Mangagement Systems (DMS) like MS SharePoint. This helps you to access important documents related to the equipment and job works from MS SharePoint while using mWorkOrder application. The documents are made available to you when you are in both online and offline modes. This means that you can download the documents and view them even when out of network coverage area and complete your tasks. You can even update the document and save it as new document.

  You can create a Sub Work Orders either for corrective / preventive works found during the execution of an existing work order or to divide major tasks further. The main work order can be closed only after the sub work orders are closed.
- Capture details related to Work Order tasks in embedded forms
  Use embedded forms to capture additional details of the task(s) related to the Work Order operations and activities.
- Release a Work Order
  Once a Work Order is created, it is assigned to a person/group/team. The person/group/team must then acknowledge their acceptance by releasing the Work Order. Work orders can also be released before they are processed by the field technicians.
- Perform maintenance for multiple equipment using one Work Order
- Issue Materials / Goods for Maintenance / Repair
  Once the material document is generated, goods / materials that are required for repair or maintenance work can be issued, indicating the movement of goods for which the material is issued.
- Confirm an Operation Manually
  Once you finish an operation for the work order, you can close it by confirming the action done on it. You can enter the details of the work done with details like start time and end time, ID of the crew who completed the operation and so on either manually or configure to take values automatically.
- Close a Work Order
  Once you finish the tasks assigned to a work order, close it.
- Create Follow-Up Notification
  Follow-up notification is used to notify malfunction findings while executing maintenance activities of a Work Order. You can create the Follow-up Notifications for the Work Orders with statuses Technically Completed, Released, and Created.

  You can create Work Order / Emergency Work Order from the GIS Map (LatLonGo). Release, Operations Confirmation and Goods Issues are completed automatically once the Emergency Work Order is created.

Monitor Asset Performance using Operator Rounds
An Operator Round is a task that is assigned to the operator who is responsible for a Functional Location or an Equipment maintenance in a Plant. This task helps the operator monitor performance of an asset and detect possible technical failures / equipment breakdown and avoid production losses.

Create Follow-Up Notification

Follow-up notification is used to notify malfunction findings while executing maintenance activities of a Work Order. You can create the Follow-up Notifications for the Work Orders with statuses Technically Completed, Released, and Created.

To create a Follow-up Notification:

On the Home screen, tap Work Orders.
On the right section of the Work Orders screen, tap .
Tap Follow-up Notification
Enter the required values New Notification screen to create the Follow-up Notification.
Tap Save.
A confirmation message appears.
