Add Attachments to Records

You can add attachments like images, videos, PDF documents, and external URL links to records like notification, work order and so on.

The attachments provide additional information regarding the kind of the repair / maintenance that is required and help understand the gravity of the situation. The technician then can approach the task better prepared.
  1. In the right section of the New Notification screen, tap the Attachments icon.
  2. Tap the Add icon.
  3. Select one of the following options from the pop-up screen:
    • Take Photo (Using your device camera)
    • Choose Photo (Selecting from your device gallery)
    • Choose Video (Selecting from your device gallery)
    • Take Video (Using your device camera)
    • Drop Box
    • Google Drive
  4. Tap Save.
    Note: If the attachment is an image or a video file, it is displayed along with a thumbnail. Thumbnails help you recognize and organize images.
