What is the mRounds application?
mRounds helps supervisors to create operator rounds and helps operators execute round tasks, record asset data, and submit scheduled rounds with supervisors.
Use mRounds to Execute Round Tasks
This section provides the overview of the mRounds mobile application and how to use the application to inspect & execute rounds and record data of the findings.

How to add Master Data
Use the Master Configuration module to add master data. As an admin, you can create master data like plants, assets, locations, units of measurements, and global response set data that can be used to create forms and rounds.

Use the Tenant Management module to create tenant or super admin roles for onboarded customers/user and provide access to the applications and modules.

How to export Round Submissions and sync Master Data

Use the Integrations Manager module to create a new connection to a File Transfer Protocol (FTP), ODBC, SMTP, & SAP servers and add integration points to export and sync the data.

As a Data Historian admin, you can export Round Submissions data from the Web application to an FTP, ODBC, or SMTP in .CSV format and sync the master data (locations or assets) from the SAP server to the application. This helps to access and analyze rounds data to optimize round execution, improve overall operational efficiency and maintain master data effectively.
