Okta Configuration for Innovapptive CBO (Mobile)

To configure Okta for mobile application:

  1. Log in to your Okta organization as an administrator.
  2. Click on the hamburger menu and select Application.
  3. Click the Create App Integration button.
  4. In the Create a new app integration window:
    1. Select Sign-in Method = OIDC - OpenID Connect.

    2. Select Application Type = Native Application.

    3. Click Next.
    4. Add name “Innovapptive CBO Mobile <Environment>” in App integration name input.

      (Environment – DEV/QA/PRD)

    5. Select Grant type,
      • Authorization Code
      • Refresh Token

      Note:
      No advanced properties required
    6. Add msauth://com.innovapptive.mrounds/ in

      Sign-in redirect URi’s

      Sign-out redirect URi’s



    7. Select Control access given below and select immediate access.
    8. Click Save.

    9. Navigate to the General tab.
    10. Under the Client Credentials section, click edit and change the Client Authentication to Client Secret.
    11. Uncheck the option Require PKCE as additional verification and click Save.

    12. A new client secret is generated.

      Share Secret securely with Innovapptive for tenant configuration.
