Okta Configuration for Innovapptive CBO (Web)

To configure Okta for CBO web application:

  1. Log in to your Okta organization as an administrator.
  2. Expand Applications on the left-side pane and select Applications.

  3. Click Create App Integration.

  4. Select OIDC - OpenID Connect as the sign-in method.
  5. Choose Single-Page Application for the Application Type.
  6. Click Next.


  7. Add name Innovapptive CBO <Environment> in the App integration name field.

    (Environment – DEV/QA/PRD

  8. In the Grant Types section, select the following options:
    • Authorization Code (default)
    • Refresh Token (enable to allow for silent authentication)
  9. Update Sign In and Sign Out URI’s with tenant specific URI’s.

  10. Select the Assignments (controlled access) based on the tenant requirements.
  11. Click Save.


  12. Copy and share the Client ID for tenant onboarding.
