Execute Sub-Operations Independently Start, pause, resume, and confirm Sub-Operations independently from the parent Operation, with separate execution status and time tracking for each unit of work. For more information, see Start an Operation or Sub-operation.
Confirm Operations by Split ID Select the relevant Split ID and Capacity Category when confirming an operation divided among multiple technicians or shifts. For more information, see Operation Status, Confirmation, and Timesheets.
Change Application Language Select the preferred application language from User Preferences and view supported content, including dropdown values and dashboard information, in the selected language. For more information, see Choose Language.
