Configure MCC Kanban Movement Rules

The MCC Kanban Board Movement Rules configuration lets tenant administrators define how work order cards move across sections (Unassigned, Assigned, In Progress, Completed) on the Maintenance Control Center Kanban board.

These configurations allow you to:

Define one or more movement rules per Kanban section.
Match rules using a combination of System Status, Header Assignment, Operation Assignment, Single Selection User Status, and Multi Selection User Status.
Leave any field blank/undefined to treat it as "Any" (non-restrictive) for that rule.
Fall back automatically to the existing hardcoded MCC logic when no rule matches, when the configuration is incomplete/invalid, or when a work order matches rules across multiple sections.

How the example works: the example below defines four sections. A Work Order that is Created or Released goes to Unassigned when neither the header nor all of its operations are assigned, and to Assigned when the header is assigned or all operations are fully assigned. A Work Order that is In-Progress goes to In Progress. A Work Order that is Completed or Closed goes to Completed. Each rule combines its conditions with the logic value (AND in this example) and has an order value.
