An Operator Round is a task that is assigned to the operator who is responsible for a Functional Location or an Equipment maintenance in a Plant. This task helps the operator monitor performance of an asset and detect possible technical failures / equipment breakdown and avoid production losses.

- Plan and Schedule Asset Performance Monitoring Task in UI5
  As a back office supervisor (Planner), you can define and schedule recurring rounds and assign the rounds to the plant personnel (Operator) depending on their availability.
- Execute and Assign Operator Rounds using Mobile Application
  As the plant personnel (Operator), you monitor and inspect the enterprise assets/equipment and report the inconsistencies to your supervisor using mobile application.
  - Execute the Rounds Assigned to You
    When a Supervisor assigned a task using UI5 application, as an Operator you can view the assigned round in the mobile application and execute the task.
  - Assign the Open Rounds to Self
    When a Supervisor creates a task but does not assign it to a technician the task appears in the Open Rounds screen. As an Operator you can select the task from the Open Rounds screen and assign it to yourself.
  - Filter Operator Rounds
    You can filter the task depending on the hierarchy using Operator Rounds Filter. This feature enables you to filter the task by Round ID, Round Title, Due Date, and Status.

Execute and Assign Operator Rounds using Mobile Application

As the plant personnel (Operator), you monitor and inspect the enterprise assets/equipment and report the inconsistencies to your supervisor using mobile application.

For example, when your supervisor assigns you a round to check the motor bearings friction twice a week, you visit the functional location or equipment, review the check points and capture the required data like rpm and voltage and submit the report. Now, you can eliminate the manual paper work and post your inspection round observations/results from the mobile application.

Use the Operator Rounds module on the mobile application to:

View and execute rounds assigned to you with Overdue and Open statuses
Assign open tasks to you from the Open Rounds
Check the reference documents that help you complete the round
Review and complete the checklist items of the round like:
- Capture measurements like temperature, pressure, humidity, or viscosity
- Capture and add images or video of the equipment/asset
Collect and post data
