What is the mInspections application

This section provides information on how to create forms for inspections and assign it to inspectors.
- How to log into Web Application
  Open the application using the URL and login with your User ID and Password.
- Overview of the Forms Web Application
  Forms Authoring application’s features are organized under four sections. They are:
- How to author, schedule and assign forms
  Form Authors can create forms with multiple questions for asset inspections and publish them. Once published, the forms can be assigned to technicians depending on their availability.
- How to view Forms status
  Form Authors can closely monitor progress of inspections by viewing the status of scheduled forms.

  You can view forms list and form details from the Forms tab in the Scheduler section
- How to view issues and actions
  As a Form Author, you can view all the open issues and actions created by the technicians from the mInspections application while having inspections and filling the data, in the Observations dashboard.

How to add Master Data

Use the Tenant Management module to create tenant or super admin roles for onboarded customers/user and provide access to the applications and modules.

Use the User Management module to create roles and so on, create users, and assign relevant roles to the users.

How to create ERP Notification against an asset

Create Notification for equipment or functional location while doing inspections. The Notification triggers in the backend SAP system with a notification number.

For example, a technician conducting inspections observed that the bearings in a pump are not working as expected. So, the technician creates an issue to notify this to the supervisor. The supervisor can convert this issue into a notification and then the notification number displays in backend (SAP).

To create a notification against an asset:

Click the Observations section on the left-side pane.
Open an issue or action.
The log history window is displayed.

Click the Create button in the ERP Notification field.
The ERP Notification is created in backend with the notification number.
