What is the mRounds application?
mRounds helps supervisors to create operator rounds and helps operators execute round tasks, record asset data, and submit scheduled rounds with supervisors.

  mRounds mobile application is organized into five sections. They are:
- Use mRounds to Execute Round Tasks
  This section provides information on how to use the mRounds mobile application to inspect assets and record data of the findings.

    Round plans contain detailed tasks for asset maintenance checks. As an operator, you just have to follow the steps to execute asset maintenance tasks and capture data.
  - How to self-assign open / unassigned rounds
    Apart from the rounds that are seen in the My Rounds tab, you can assign the unassigned round that are available in the Open Rounds tab to yourself and execute the tasks in them.
  - How to unassign Assigned rounds
    The Unassign feature allows you to remove an assigned round and free it up for reassignment to other operators.
  - How to unassign In Progress rounds
    If you are not able to work on the round tasks assigned to you, you can unassign the round and free it to other operators to pick it up and execute.
  - How to view Submitted Rounds in PDF Format
    You can generate, view, share, and download the submitted rounds in PDF format. This helps share critical observations related to the round data with stakeholders.
  - How to create Ad-Hoc maintenance checks
    Generate an Ad-hoc round from Published round plans from the mobile app if you observe any anomalies in an equipment/functional location.
  - How to add Shift Logs
    Add shift logs with notes and observations in the pre-defined shift handover report template while performing shift.
- How to create, update and close an issue
  Create an issue when you observe anomalies while executing rounds and close the issue that is assigned to you after you resolve the anomaly.
- How to create, update and close an action
  Create an action to follow-up on an issue that has been marked resolved and close once you review and gather required information.
- How to view User Profile
  User Profile lists the details and app settings configured by the user. Any changes made by the admin are reflected in the User Profile screen.

  Search and filters help you to find the information you need quickly and effortlessly.
Create Rounds and Assign Round Tasks
This section provides information on how to create rounds for asset maintenance checks and assign them to operators.
How to add Master Data
Use the Master Configuration module to add master data. As an admin, you can create master data like plants, assets, locations, units of measurements, and global response set data that can be used to create forms and rounds.
How to onboard Tenants/Super Admins
Use the Tenant Management module to create tenant or super admin roles for onboarded customers/user and provide access to the applications and modules.
How to onboard Users and Assign Roles
Use the User Management module to create roles and so on, create users, and assign relevant roles to the users.
How to export Round Submissions and sync Master Data

How to acknowledge the Shift Handover Report

As an operator, you should review and acknowledge the shift handover report before starting the rounds. For more information about Shift Handover Report, see How to generate Shift Handover Report.

To view and acknowledge shift handover report:

In the Home screen (Dashboard), tap the Shift Handover Report.
Or

Tap Shift Handover Reports in the More screen to see the list of reports.

The Shift Handover Report screen is displayed with the following details:
- Unit or Plant displays the Unit or Plant details.
- Outgoing Supervisor displays the outgoing supervisor name who generated the report.
- Round Compliance widget displays the percentage of rounds compliance and the count of Total, Submitted, Overdue, and Skipped rounds.
- Task Compliance widget displays the percentage of tasks compliance and the count of Total, Completed, Open, and Skipped tasks.
- Issues Pending widget displays the count of pending issues. You can tap on the widget to see the list of pending issues and check each individual issue.
- Actions Pending widget displays the count of pending actions. Tap on the widget to see the list of pending actions and check each individual action.
- Exceptions Found widget displays the count of the exceptions that were found in the previous shift. Tap on the widget to see the exception details along with the Round Name, Asset/Location Name, Range (If added) and any Warning, Alert or Notes.
- Notes widget displays the notes. Tap the widget to view the details.
- Shift Logs widget displays the shift log details. Tap the widget to view the details.
- Supervisor Notes displays the notes added by the outgoing supervisor.
- Standing Instructions displays the important instructions added by the outgoing supervisor.
- Attachments displays the added attachments like images, PDFs while generating the report.
You can tap the Filter icon on top right to filter the details based on shift operators.
Review the above details and tap I acknowledge.

The status changes to Acknowledged in the Dashboard and you can start the round.
