Remove Downloaded Work Instruction Media
Remove downloaded media from the device when offline access is no longer required.
Removing a download clears the locally stored images, videos, PDFs, and other downloaded media. The synchronized instruction text remains available according to the current access and synchronization rules.
- Open the Downloaded tab in Work Instructions.
- Open the More action for the downloaded instruction.
- Select the available remove-download action.
- Confirm the removal.
The locally downloaded media is removed and device storage is released. Download the instruction again before future offline use.
