Email Notifications When Rounds Are Submitted

When a round is submitted, an email can now be automatically sent to the people defined in the workflow. This keeps right people informed as soon as a round is completed, without requiring them to log in and check manually.

For more information, see Rounds Notification Workflow.

Schedule Standing Instructions in Advance

Supervisors can now schedule a standing instruction ahead of time for a plant, unit, or position, with a start date and optional end date. It applies automatically within that window and clears on its own once the window ends — no manual add/remove each shift.

For more information, see Schedule a Standing Instruction.

Round Rescheduling After Schedule End

Rounds can now be reused after their configured schedule ends. Once a round becomes Unscheduled, supervisors can use the Schedule button to set a new schedule and continue using the same round instead of creating a new one.

For more information, see Schedule and Assign Round Plans.

Scheduled Round Availability Estimates

After you change a Round Plan schedule, a message now shows the estimated time when the updated rounds will appear on the Rounds screen. This helps you know when to expect the changes without repeatedly refreshing or retrying.

For more information, see Modify a Scheduled Round Plan.

Automatic Ask Question Scheduling

When you add an Ask Question through conditional logic to a task in a Round Plan that uses task-level scheduling, the new dependent question is now automatically included in the task-level schedule

For more information, see Modify a Scheduled Round Plan.

Catch Duplicate Issues Earlier

When creating an issue, existing issues on the same asset or location are now shown before you complete the form.

For more information, see Create an Issue.

Keep Required Round Content After a Plan Is Updated

Existing rounds continue using their original content, while newly generated rounds use the latest published content. Required content is stored with each round, reducing the size of the plant snapshot and unnecessary mobile downloads

Archived Round Restoration as Draft

Restored archived rounds now return as Drafts instead of Published, allowing you to review and update them before making them active again.

Unit-Based Round Filtering

See only the rounds assigned to the correct unit during your shift, keeping the Rounds view focused on the equipment and tasks relevant to that unit.

Faster and More Reliable Shift Handover Reports

Shift Handover Reports are now generated independently for each shift and auto-submitted within 5–10 minutes after the shift and configured buffer period end.

Task Readings Table in Custom Dashboards

Add a Table Chart to view selected numeric task readings side by side by time slot, along with the related Task and Task Section. The table can also be downloaded to Excel for further analysis or reporting.

Round Compliance Dashboard Accuracy

The Overview of Round Execution now reflects the underlying round data for the selected unit, shift, and date, keeping the summary aligned with detailed round records. Supervisors can view accurate round compliance directly from the dashboard.
