Part VII: Monitor and Audit
Monitor permit expiry and extensions, review retained evidence, access archives, and resolve execution or synchronization issues.

Design and publish Permit, JHA, and Form templates and configure the list views shown to users.

Approve Isolation Plan

Review and approve the Isolation Plan before moving the ICC to the isolation stage.

Role: ICC Approver. Platform: Web.

To approve the Isolation Plan:

Navigate to EHS → Isolation from the left navigation panel.
Click All Isolations or Approve Isolation tab.
Select the ICC to approve.
Review the ICC details.
Click Submit → Revert to send the ICC back to the requester if changes are required.
Click Submit to approve the Isolation Plan and move the ICC to the Isolate stage.

The ICC moves to the Isolate stage when approved. When reverted, the ICC returns to the previous stage for correction.
