Isolation templates define the reusable sections, fields, response types, conditional logic, and PDF output settings used when users raise isolation (ICC) records

Create, review, and publish the Isolation template.
Configure the Isolation list columns users need.
Return to Authoring and verify the published template is available for Isolation creation.
