Review an Isolation
After the isolation is executed in the field, the ICC Reviewer verifies that it was performed as planned before the ICC moves to the Live stage.

    After the isolation is executed in the field, the ICC Reviewer verifies that it was performed as planned before the ICC moves to the Live stage.

  - Approve De-Isolation
    After the work is complete, the ICC moves to the Approve De-Isolation stage. If the ICC is linked to a permit, this happens once the Permit Issuer closes the permit. The ICC Approver reviews the de-isolation plan to confirm it is safe and compliant before the ICC Owner can remove the isolation.
  - Review De-Isolation and Close the ICC
    After the ICC Owner executes the de-isolation, the ICC Verifier confirms that it was carried out correctly before the ICC is closed.

Monitor permit expiry and extensions, review retained evidence, access archives, and resolve execution or synchronization issues.

Design and publish Permit, JHA, and Form templates and configure the list views shown to users.

Review an Isolation

After the isolation is executed in the field, the ICC Reviewer verifies that it was performed as planned before the ICC moves to the Live stage.

Role: ICC Reviewer. Platform: Web.

To review the Isolation:

Navigate to EHS → Isolation from the left navigation panel.
Click Total Isolations or Review Isolation tab.
Select the ICC to review
Review the ICC details and confirm that the isolation was performed as planned.
1. Compare the executed isolation with the Isolation Plan drawing. Make sure every isolation point in the plan is isolated, and that no point is missing.
2. Make sure every checklist item is completed like the isolation point is confirmed and verified, the energy source type is marked etc.
Add review notes in the Comments tab
Click Submit → Revert to send the ICC back to the ICC Owner if corrections or additional details are required. Enter the reason for the revert.
Click Submit to confirm that the isolation was performed as planned.

The ICC moves to the Live stage. If the ICC is reverted, the ICC Owner is notified with the reason.
