Create an Issue

Create an issue when you find an anomaly that needs investigation by a technician when you are executing round tasks.

To create an issue:
  1. Tap the Create icon on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the Create Issue option.
  3. In the Create Issue screen, do the following:
    1. Enter the issue title in the Title field.
    2. Enter the issue description in the Description field.
    3. Tap the Add Photo button in the Photo field to add images.
    4. Select the Category such as Observation, Maintenance, Incident, Near Miss, or Hazard.
    5. Select the Priority from High, Medium, or Low options.

    6. Expand the More Details section, do the following.
      1. Select Plant, Location, and Asset from the respective options.
      2. Select an operator or technician from the Assign to options and assign the issue.
      3. Select the Start Date and Time.
      4. Select the Due Date and Time.
      5. Select the Status from Open, In-Progress, or Resolved options.
    7. Covert the issue into notification by selecting the Convert to ERP Notification toggle button, if required.

  4. Tap the Submit button on top right.

    Issue Created Successfully message appears and you can see the newly created issue in the Open Issues tab.
