What is the mRounds application?
mRounds helps supervisors to create operator rounds and helps operators execute round tasks, record asset data, and submit scheduled rounds with Supervisors.

  mRounds mobile application is organized into three sections. They are:
- Use mRounds to Execute Round Tasks
  This section provides information on how to use the mRounds application to inspect assets and record data of the findings.
  - How to execute the Round Tasks
    Round plans contain detailed tasks for asset maintenance checks. As an operator, you just have to follow the steps to execute asset maintenance tasks and capture data.

    Apart from the rounds that are seen in the My Rounds tab, you can assign the unassigned round that are available in the Open Rounds tab to yourself and execute the tasks in them.
  - How to unassign To-Do rounds
    The Unassign feature allows you to remove an assigned round and free it up for reassignment to other operators.
  - How to unassign In-Progress rounds
    If you are not in a position to work on the round tasks assign to you, you can unassign the round and free it to other operators to pick it up and execute.
  - How to view Submitted Rounds in PDF Format
    You can generate, view, share, and download the submitted rounds in PDF format. This helps share critical observations related to the round data with stakeholders.
  - How to create Ad-Hoc maintenance checks
    An operator can generate an Ad-hoc round from Published round plans from the mobile app if the operator observes any anomalies in an equipment/functional location.

  Create an issue when you observe anomalies while executing rounds and close the issue that is assigned to you after you resolve the anomaly.

  Create an action to follow-up on an issue that has been marked resolved and close once you review and gather required information.

Create Rounds and Assign Round Tasks
This section provides information on how to create rounds for asset maintenance checks and assign them to operators.
How to add Master Data
Use the Master Configuration module to add master data. As an admin, you can create master data like plants, assets, locations, units of measurements, and global response set data that can be used to create forms and rounds.
How to onboard Tenants/Super Admins
Use the Tenant Management module to create tenant or super admin roles for onboarded customers/user and provide access to the applications and modules.
How to onboard Users and Assign Roles
Use the User Management module to create roles and so on, create users, and assign relevant roles to the users.

How to unassign In-Progress rounds

If you are not in a position to work on the round tasks assign to you, you can unassign the round and free it to other operators to pick it up and execute.

This feature enables reassignment flexibility, facilitating maintenance scheduling adjustments.

To Unassign a In-Progress round:

In the Rounds screen, tap the My Rounds tab.
Tap the In-Progress status round you want to unassign.
Tap the More icon on the top right of the screen and choose Unassign.

A message Are you sure you want to Unassign the round? is displayed. Tap Unassign. The round is moved from the My Rounds tab to the Open Rounds tab and the round is displayed with Partly Open status with the name of the operator who worked on it earlier. (You) is displayed only if the operator who worked on it views the round in the Open Rounds tab.
