Create an Issue
You can create an issue and assign it to a user group from the web application, ensuring that inspections are efficiently delegated and tracked to completion.
To create an issue:
- Click the Observations section on the left-side pane.
- Click the Issues tab.
- Click Create Issue.

In the Create Issue screen, do the following,
- Enter the issue title in the Title field.
- Enter the issue description in the Description field.
- Select the Category as Observation, Maintenance, Incident, Near Miss, or Hazard from the list.
- Select the Priority and select the
Event Execution as
Shutdown, Turnaround,
or General from the list.Note: If you select the Category as Maintenance, the issue is converted to a notification automatically.
- Add images in the Photos field.
- Select the Plant, Unit, Location, and Asset from the respective drop-down.
- In the Assign to drop-down field,
- Choose User and select the user from the drop-down.
- or
- Choose User Group and select the user group from the drop-down.
- Select Start Date and Time.
- Select Due Date and Time.
- Select the Status as Open, In-Progress, or Resolved.

Click Create.
The issue is created successfully.
