Sign in and learn the screens and controls you need before preparing and supervising maintenance work.
- Log in to the iMaintenance Application
  Log in to iMaintenance by entering your company domain, username, and password.
- iMaintenance Dashboard and Main Screens
  Use the Dashboard and main screens to move from workload and exceptions to the related work orders, operations, issues, and alerts.
  - Home (Dashboard)
    The Home (Dashboard) screen shows work order distribution, technician workload, and pending approvals in one place.
  - Work Orders
    The Work Orders screen lists your created and assigned work orders and operations under separate tabs.
  - Issues
    The Issues screen lists reported issues with details such as description, priority, plant, location, and status.
  - Alerts
    The Alerts screen shows notifications about task updates, deadlines, and high-priority items assigned to you.
  - More
    The More screen provides access to your profile, app settings, and support resources.

Prepare for Your Shift
Before the shift begins, set the synchronization scope, review notifications, find priority work, and confirm the required records are available.
Assess Issues
Decide what to do with a reported issue and, where corrective work is needed, convert it into a work order.
Create and Assign Work Orders
Create a work order from the maintenance need, verify its details, add the required operations and prerequisites, then review and create it for assignment or release.
Monitor and Intervene
During execution, identify work that is at risk, unassigned, on hold, overdue, or awaiting review, then take the action needed to keep the shift moving.
Review and Close Completed Work
After execution is complete, verify time, safety, component, form, and follow-up records before closing the work order.
View Equipment Details
Review equipment information, related work, documents, hierarchy, and measuring points.
View Functional Location Details
Review a functional location, its hierarchy, associated equipment, documents, history, and measuring points.
Settings, Help, and Profile
Manage display and language preferences, open support resources, and review your profile and session history outside the active work journey.
