What's changed, release by release.
Added Authorization Group for Work Order Shift Configuration
In the application, role-based permissions are now added to ensure only authorized users can manage and modify Work Order shift configurations. This improves security and prevents unauthorized changes, enhancing data integrity.
Improved Operation Person Responsible Dashboard Filter
In the Work Order Dashboard, users can now filter work orders assigned specifically to logged-in users, enabling faster access to relevant orders. The applied filters are also supported in the calendar view, allowing users to view and manage their assigned work orders by day using existing dashboard filters such as priority, status, and revision. This improves work order visibility, reduces search time, and enhances daily work planning and execution.
Optimized Attachment Access
In the Work Order and Equipment modules, users can now access and view attachments linked to network drive locations referenced via the Document Management System (DMS). This eliminates the need to access a separate system to view network-linked documents, keeping all relevant information accessible from within the application.
Optimized Dashboard Filtering by Assigned User
In the Dashboard, users can now filter by “Assigned to" to view only their assigned work orders. This helps in quickly locating tasks, save commonly used views, and improve efficiency when reviewing or updating work orders.
Reduced Navigation with Production Contact in Work Orders
In the Work Order Display module, the Production Contact field is now available directly within digital Work Orders. This field is sourced from the Sort Field in the Equipment master (Location tab) and appears in the Work Order header. This eliminates navigating to the Equipment record and makes the Production contact immediately visible during review.
Enhanced Uploaded Images Visibility in Forms
In the Forms module, users can now view images added via the “Add Photo” response type while filling out a form or after submitting it. Users can tap thumbnails to view images in full screen, zoom, pan, and swipe between multiple photos. This improves usability, accuracy, and compliance.
Enhanced Reporting for Multiple Form Versions
Saved and submitted entries for multiple form versions are now captured and displayed in the Appuse table and KPI reports. This improves reporting accuracy.
Automated Email Alerts for Component Updates
Users can now send email notifications to the warehouse supervisor based on the configured plant when a Work Order component is added or updated. This improves coordination and response time.
Enhanced Equipment-Based Form Assignment
This improves data quality and compliance by ensuring the right forms are used for the right equipment.
Added Notification Alert in Work Order Form PDF
In the Forms module, when a Work Order Form PDF is generated, the system now identifies and reflects any notification triggered against the corresponding task in the work order. This ensures clear visibility of reported issues, improves traceability, and enables stakeholders to review notification details accurately even in offline or shared document scenarios.
Automated Component & Kit Notifications
When a component is created or updated in the system, an email notification is now triggered to the Warehouse Supervisor; When the Kit status changes, an email is sent to the assigned technician(s).
Improved Auto-Save Functionality for Multiple-Instance Forms
In the Forms module, progress on multi-instance forms is now automatically saved, eliminating the need to manually click Save and preventing data loss from navigation or session timeouts.
Enhanced Accuracy for Form Assignments
In the Forms module, users can now delete forms that were auto-assigned incorrectly to a Work Order. This gives users greater control over form management and ensures data accuracy.
Improved Functional Location Access
Scan and navigate to the Dashboard; View the Functional Location Bill of Measurement and Hierarchy in the Asset Dashboard; View Total Planned and Actual Annual Costs of Functional Location; View Maintenance Plans and the associated Tasks; View Notification and Work Order History, including recent and due records; View the Measuring Point graph along with its corresponding readings.
Optimized Equipment Selection
In the Functional Locations module, the Equipment Installation screen now features a search option beside the Equipment field, displaying only available equipment, improving accuracy.
Improved Offline Equipment Visibility
In the Functional Location Hierarchy, users can now view the latest installed and dismantled equipment updates in offline mode, without waiting for the next full synchronization. This improves visibility and efficiency.
Added Support for User-Defined Default Filters
Users can automatically apply a preferred filter—such as excluding specific order types—when opening a list, while retaining the flexibility to change filters as needed; The last filter is automatically applied; Introduced a “Set as Default” option while saving a filter.
Enhanced Communication for Kitting Assignments
In the Components tab, when a material is added to a Work Order, all relevant details (such as Material Description, Base Unit of Measure, Material Group, Plant, and Storage Location) are automatically populated based on the selected material. These fields are editable based on user roles and permissions, and the data is synchronized with the backend during save or posting. This improves data accuracy, reduces manual effort, and enhances user efficiency during work order creation or editing.
Streamlined Final Confirmation for CNF Operations
In the Work Orders module, the Final Confirmation checkbox is automatically selected for CNF (Confirmed) operations during Overall, Manual, and Auto Confirmation, with the operation status clearly displayed on the Overall Confirmation screen. This reduces manual effort and errors and provides clear visibility into the operation status.
Improved Operation Reconfirmation Handling
The system now automatically selects Final Confirmation; Displays the operation status during overall confirmation.
Introduced Pop-Up for Incomplete Forms
In the Create Work Order module, if a required field is left blank while saving, a pop-up indicates and guides users to the specific missing field. This improves data accuracy and user efficiency by preventing incomplete submissions.
Improved Bin Location Field Input
In the Component Create and Bill of Material screens, the Bin Location field now auto-populates based on existing mappings while still allowing edits or manual input if no mapping exists. This saves time, improves accuracy, and enhances user experience.
Improved Status Visibility in Operations Tab
PCNF (Partial Confirmation) in amber; CNF (Confirmed) in green; If multiple confirmations exist, the color reflects the latest status; When a confirmation is deleted, the status and color revert to the previous state.
Enabled Configurable Form Deletion
Authorized users can now delete individual forms and specific versions within Multi-Form templates, regardless of their status (Draft or Submitted), when enabled scoping id from RACE; A delete option is visible for all forms/versions when the scoping ID is enabled; Users receive a confirmation prompt before deletion. All non-MP sections in Work Order Create and Update screens now display dynamic field completion prompts (e.g., '0/3 filled') for both Single and Multi forms. These counts update in real time based on field-level validations, improving visibility and helping users complete forms more efficiently.
PDF Conversion Enhancement
Added a 'Select All' feature that streamlines the process of converting multiple forms to PDFs with a single action, significantly improving efficiency.
Intelligent User Status Assignment
Implemented automatic user status population based on configured default settings during Work Order creation and updates, reducing manual entry and ensuring consistency.
Visual Status Tracking in Operations
Enhanced the Operations tab with intuitive color-coded status indicators: amber for Partial Confirmation (PCNF) and green for Confirmed (CNF), enabling users to instantly assess task progress at a glance.
