- The normal permit lifecycle is Raise → Review → Authorize → Issue → Execute → Close.
- When field validation is required, it occurs between Authorize and Issue.
- Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are managed as a connected safety workflow, while Monitor & Audit provides lifecycle visibility, compliance, expiry, history, and recovery guidance.
