Assign Work Instructions

Connect a published Work Instruction to the iMaintenance or mRounds work context where the field user needs it.

Choose the assignment route based on where the work is executed:

iMaintenance: assign automatically through mapping rules, or link the instruction manually at work-order or operation level.
mRounds: link the instruction at round-plan or task level.

Use the broader level only when the same guidance applies to all work below it. Use the more specific level when the instruction applies only to one operation or task.
