Review Instructions Feedback

Review technician and operator feedback to decide whether a published instruction needs clarification or correction.

Feedback can include text and attachments such as images, videos, or documents for better clarity. To review instructions feedback:

In the Work Instructions screen, click the Feedback tab.
You can view a complete list of feedback provided for the published instruction, and not the previous versions, if any.

Or

You can open the work instruction, click Proceed, click More and select Feedback.

Select feedback from the list to navigate to the corresponding instruction.
Review the feedback and Accept or Reject it as needed.
You can modify the steps there to reflect the changes suggested in the feedback.

Warning:
When feedback identifies a potentially unsafe instruction, follow your organization's immediate suspension or escalation process. Do not wait for a normal content-update cycle.

The feedback is accepted for revision, rejected with a reason, or escalated for urgent safety review.
