Archive and Restore Instructions

Remove an instruction from active use without deleting its history, and restore it when the procedure becomes applicable again.

Archive an instruction when it should no longer be available for current work but must remain traceable. Restore it only after confirming that the procedure is still valid for use.

Choose Archive Outdated Instructions to remove active availability. Choose Restore Archived Instructions to return the record to its previous list, then verify its status on the Work Instructions Dashboard.
