Create Work Instructions from Video, Documents, or Scratch

Supervisors can build structured Work Instructions from a narrated video, an existing procedure document, or a blank instruction. Each method produces editable steps that can include guidance, warnings, hints, media, prerequisites, and additional details.

Link Work Instructions to Rounds and Tasks

Supervisors can attach Work Instructions to an entire round or to individual tasks, giving operators the appropriate procedure at the point of execution. Linked instructions can also be removed when they are no longer required.

Access Instructions During Round Execution

Operators can open Work Instructions from the DWI module or directly from a round or task. They can move between steps, review warnings and hints, and return to the step list without leaving the execution flow.

Submit Feedback on Individual Steps

Operators can add feedback to a specific instruction step and include supported image or video attachments. Submitted feedback remains linked to the step so supervisors can review the context and decide what to update.
