🤖 AI-Assisted Maintenance
- AI-Ranked Equipment & FLOC Suggestions: AI recommendations for equipment and functional locations are now sorted by confidence score, helping users select the most relevant asset faster.
- AI-Assist Reads DWI Content: AI-Assist can now reference Digital Work Instruction content during execution, making its guidance more contextual and useful.

🧩 Forms & Template Configuration
- Multi-Line Text in Embedded Forms: Form tasks now support multi-line text input and render correctly in PDF outputs, making longer instructions and responses easier to capture.
- Combined Items & Causes Template: Administrators can configure items and causes in a single template, reducing duplicate setup and aligning better with SAP-style issue handling.
- Configurable DWI Field in Work Order Templates: Admins can add a dedicated Digital Work Instructions field to work order templates with role-based access control.
🔄 SAP Sync & Data Integrity
- Accurate Equipment & FLOC Status Sync: Inactive and deletion-flag statuses now take priority during sync, so technicians see the correct asset availability on mobile.
- Plant-Timezone Confirmation Timestamps: Operation confirmation dates and times are now converted using the plant timezone, preventing mismatch between mobile, middleware, and SAP.
- Components Persist After TECO: Work order components remain visible after technical completion and delta sync, improving consistency between iMaintenance and SAP.
- All Attachment Types Displayed: iMaintenance can now retrieve and show all attachment types linked to maintenance objects across online and offline modes.
🖥️ MCC & Platform Improvements
- Active Filter Indicator in MCC: Filter icons now visually show when filters are active, so supervisors know when the visible list is filtered.
- Operation Control Key Filtering: Supervisors can view and filter operations by Control Key in MCC, making it easier to assign the right work to the right technicians.
- Tenant-Level Color Configuration: Administrators can configure colors for Issue Types, Work Order Types, and System Statuses even when Risk Matrix is disabled.
