What's New in the mRounds Application
The 2603 release connects mRounds to IBM Maximo, introduces multi-level shift configuration, and adds conditional email alerts from task responses β alongside ODBC attachment exports, ingestion failure alerting, mobile execution improvements, and platform performance updates.

π
Multi-Level Shift Assignment (Web, Android, iOS)
Shifts can now be configured at Plant, Unit, or Position level independently β each with its own windows and inheritance rules. SHR, Scheduler, and Dashboards reflect the actual hierarchy, eliminating workarounds for plants with overlapping or non-uniform shift structures. -
π‘ Conditional Email Alerts via Task Logic (Web)
A new "Trigger Email" action in Round Authoring Conditional Logic sends email notifications when a task response crosses a defined condition β threshold breach, picklist value, or checkbox state β on round submission. No Issue or Action required. Recipients can be users, groups, or external addresses. -
π Maximo Integration (Web)
mRounds and Maximo are now connected. Location and asset master data syncs automatically β full and incremental, no manual exports β with hierarchy and mappings maintained across syncs. Issues raised in mRounds automatically create Maximo Service Requests with description, asset, location, and attachments; SR status syncs back, giving operators resolution visibility without a second login. -
π Evidence Backed Reports and Ingestion Alerts β ODBC Integration (Web)
Attachment metadata from Rounds, Issues, and Actions now exports to SQL Server, enabling analytics tools to reference field evidence alongside operational data. When the connection drops, ingestion failure alerts fire immediately β before gaps appear in reports or audits. -
π Feedback Attachments for Work Instructions (Android)
Technicians can attach images, videos, and documents directly to work instruction steps when providing feedback β with preview and validation supported for multiple attachments. -
β‘ Log History Sync Aligned to User Preferences (iOS)
Log history now syncs only for Issues and Actions matching user-defined due-date filters, reducing data load and keeping the app responsive as preferences change. -
π οΈ Platform, Data & Performance Enhancements (Web, Android)
Includes TaskId in Attachment table for correct IP21 export linkage, RabbitMQ queue optimization under high load, Exception Dashboard drill-down performance improvements, and report column filter latency reduction via MongoDB caching.
