Edit forms and tasks

As a Form Author, you edit forms to meet the new requirements of asset inspection. As part of editing a form, you can change the name of the form, description, edit and delete pages. You can also edit, drag drop, copy, and delete sections, and questions. The supervisor must re-publish the Inspections plan to the cloud after editing

To edit a form:

  1. Click the My Forms section on the right-side pane.

    The My Forms screen with the list of draft and published forms is displayed.

  2. Click the More icon > Edit adjacent to the round plan.
  3. Update the form details as required.
  4. Click Publish to re-publish the form.
    Note: You can save an edited form as a template and use it to create new forms quickly.
