Remove Linked Instructions at Work Order Level

Remove a work-order-level instruction when it should no longer be available for the complete job.

To remove the linked instruction at the work order level:

Navigate to the Work Order module in the mobile app.
Go to the desired Work Order.
Tap on the More option and choose Edit Work Order.
Scroll down to the Work Instruction section and tap on the More icon.
Tap Delete.

Note:
This removes the link between the instruction and this work order. The instruction itself is not deleted and remains available in the Work Instructions library.
Tap Update to save and apply the changes.

The instruction is unlinked from this work order and no longer appears under its Work Instructions section.

Next: Return to the work order or operation, verify only the correct instructions remain, then return to the dashboard.
