Part I: Understand iPermits

Access Archived Permit and JHA Records

Find closed or rejected records and review the retained lifecycle and safety evidence.

The Archived module contains Permits and JHAs that are no longer active. It is intended for audit, compliance, and reference. Active or in-progress records are not shown.

The Permits tab displays archived permits in Closed or Rejected status. The list includes:

Permit ID and Title
Permit Type and Category
Status (Closed/Rejected)
Risk Level
Safety Certificates
Permit Start Date
Related Equipment and Work Order details, when applicable

The JHA tab displays archived JHAs in Closed or Rejected status. The list includes:

JHA ID and Title
Status (Closed/Rejected)
Linked Permit, when applicable
Work Order ID
Operation Details
Equipment ID

Open the Archived module.
Select the Permits or JHA tab.
Select the required plant.
Search, filter, or sort the records to locate the archived entry.
Review the past safety decision for audit, inspection, compliance, or reference.

The selected closed or rejected Permit or JHA record is available for review.
