Work order or operation is missing	Plant, work center, date filters, operation status, and synchronization range
Cannot acknowledge or start	Permit issue status, JHA approval, mandatory questions, PPE, field validation, validity, and required forms
Cannot surrender or close	Open work, pending forms, incomplete checks, active personnel, permit validity, and synchronization failures
QR scan does not open the permit	Camera permission, QR permission, plant access, connectivity, and permit status
Offline change did not synchronize	Outbox status, network, required fields, permission, and server validation message
