Overview of mRounds

As an Operator, use mRounds to follow planned inspection routes, record asset readings, report abnormal conditions, and pass accurate information to the next shift.

As an Operator, you use the mRounds mobile app for your entire shift: accepting the handover from the previous shift, executing assigned rounds, recording readings against each asset, raising an Issue or Action when something needs follow-up, and submitting your own handover at the end of the shift.

Your supervisor uses a separate web application to plan rounds, schedule them, and monitor your progress. This guide covers only the mobile app and the tasks you perform in it. For round planning, scheduling, and approval tasks, see the mRounds User Guide for Supervisors.

Before starting your shift, review what a round contains and why it matters.
