- Log in to the iMaintenance Application
  Log in to iMaintenance by entering your company domain, username, and password.

Prepare for Your Shift
Before the shift begins, set the synchronization scope, review notifications, find priority work, and confirm the required records are available.
Report and Manage Issues
Report a new equipment problem, reuse a similar issue when appropriate, or correct an incorrect work-order link.
Execute a Work Order
Review the configured safety and job prerequisites, perform the assigned operations, record the work, and complete the work order.

Following are the buttons and icons available in the application:

	Outbox	View pending or failed transactions.
	Manual Sync	Sync data manually.
	SIA (AI Assistant)	Get online assistance.
	Create	Create work orders and issues.
	Camera	Capture photos and videos while creating a work order and issue.
	Mic	Record voice instructions while creating work orders or issues.
	Enter	Enter the details.
	Add Attachments	Add attachments while executing a work order.
	More (Header)	View and access additional options at header level.
	More	View and access additional options in the middle of the screen.
	Back Arrow	Navigate back to the previous screen.
	Scan	Scan the QR code to get the equipment or functional location details.
	Add	Add operations, components, permits, and forms.
	Measuring Point	View measuring point details of the work order.
	Hierarchy	View the equipment or functional location hierarchy.
	Search	Search for records in the modules.
	Chat	Send messages, share files, and tag team members.
