What Your Administrator Controls
Several things you see in iMaintenance are set by your administrator, not by you. If a screen, field, or action described in this guide is missing, the behavior may be controlled by one of these settings.

Get Started
Log in, learn the dashboard and main screens, and look up buttons and icons.
Start Your Shift
Set what synchronizes, review notifications, find your work, prepare for offline work, and recover from a failed synchronization.
Report and Manage Issues
Report an equipment problem, reuse an existing issue, and delink an issue from the wrong work order.
Execute a Work Order
Open the work order assigned to you and tap Start Job, then complete the checks shown for that job, do the work, record it, and complete the work order.
Look Up Equipment and Locations
View equipment and functional location details, and create measuring points.

Open the More screen and tap Help Center.

The Help Center provides two main topics:
- FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions related to different modules.
- User Guides – Detailed guides on using various features.
Tap FAQ to view common questions and solutions.
- Use the search bar at the top to find specific topics.
- Browse the categories, such as General, Work Orders, Dashboard, Getting Started, and Issues. Tap on a topic to view more details.
Tap User Guides to access detailed instructional content.
- Browse the guides to learn more about app features.

The Help Center opens with the available product documentation and support resources.
