Configure Maximo Work Order Events for mRounds

Publish Maximo work order events through INNO_WO_mRounds to the mRounds Kafka endpoint.

The Maximo integration components are set up as described in Connect to Maximo in the iMaintenance Deployment & Setup Guide. This task uses:

  • The INNO_GETWO object structure, with its custom attributes and relationships
  • The integration controls INNOSKIPSITE, MAINT_LOC_EXCLUDE, and MAINT_LOC_EXCLUDE1
  • The Kafka certificate, the KAFKA message provider, and the queues CQIN, CQOUT, and SQOUT
  • The Maximo Kafka cron tasks

The Innovapptive infrastructure team has supplied the Kafka bootstrap server, port, user name, and password for mRounds.

This is advanced backend setup in Maximo. It is separate from outbound Work Orders, which you configure in Integrations Manager.

Maximo publishes work order changes through INNO_WO_mRounds to the Kafka topic WOTopicMROUNDS, which mRounds reads. The direction is Maximo to mRounds. Values in angle brackets are deployment inputs.
