What's New in the mRounds Application
Discover a more connected, intelligent, and agile way to manage plant operations— whether you’re online or offline. With mRounds 2504, every enhancement is built to reduce manual effort, drive accountability, and empower both operators and supervisors.
- Track Inspection Performance in Real Time with the Operator Productivity Dashboard
Get a consolidated view of round completion, skipped tasks, and overdue inspections—segmented by individual operators or user groups. Monitor performance trends over time, compare teams and shifts, and drill down to pinpoint issues or coaching opportunities. The updated dashboard brings together submitted rounds, reported issues, and follow-up actions into one integrated interface for faster, more informed decision-making.
- Review and Act on Inspection Submissions with Interactive Round Review
Quickly access submitted rounds, review completed, skipped, or open tasks along with recorded measurements, and view all issues and actions raised during the inspection—with their current status. Use built-in filters to search by asset, task, or issue, and take corrective actions immediately from the same screen. No switching tools. No exports. Just focused, real-time follow-up.
- Submit Shift Handover Reports Directly from the Mobile App
Capture critical shift information with mobile handover reports that reflect each operator’s position rather than just their individual login. Submit detailed reports including completed and skipped tasks, issues raised, actions taken, and shift-level notes. Add digital signatures and additional comments for validation—ensuring traceable, complete handovers across shifts and teams.
- Configure Shift Handover Reports by Plant to Reflect Local Workflows
Shift Handover Reports can now be configured at the plant level, allowing each site to define its preferred SHR type—by plant, unit, or position. This enhancement gives teams the flexibility to align handover formats with on-ground practices, ensuring that shift transitions are both consistent and operationally relevant across diverse plant infrastructures.
- Capture Inspection Photos with Verified Time and Location Data
All photos taken or uploaded during inspections, issues, or actions are now automatically tagged with timestamps and GPS coordinates. This ensures every visual record is verifiable, audit-ready, and clearly tied to the moment and place it was captured—improving traceability and preventing misuse of outdated or irrelevant images.
- Sync Measurement Readings to SAP in Real Time During Inspections
Measurement readings captured during inspections are now instantly posted to SAP as measurement documents using secure API integration. This eliminates manual entry, reduces delays, and ensures accurate data is available in SAP the moment it's recorded. The system also improves auditability and data integrity with full tracking of integration success, document numbers, and error logs./p>
- Capture Plant-Specific Issue Data with Configurable Fields and SAP Integration
Issue forms can now be configured to include custom fields based on plant needs—complete with default values, help texts, and dynamic visibility rules. Conditional logic automatically shows or hides fields, enforces validations, or auto-fills values based on user selections. These enriched issue forms ensure better data consistency and are fully integrated with SAP for automatic notification creation, improving traceability and operational alignment.
- Focus Reporting on What Matters with Plant-Based Report Filtering
The Reports module now includes filters that restrict visibility to only those plants assigned to each user. Whether reviewing inspection trends, performance data, or compliance reports, users can focus exclusively on relevant plant-specific information—improving clarity, reducing noise, and enhancing data security.
