Review, authorize, validate, issue, hold, resume, or reject permits according to the active lifecycle role.

Acknowledge and execute permitted work, complete safety checks, surrender the permit, and close it after completion.
Part V: Create and Manage JHAs
Create a JHA, assign the field team, acknowledge hazards and controls, and approve or return the JHA.
Part VI: Monitor and Audit
Monitor permit expiry and extensions, review retained evidence, access archives, and resolve execution or synchronization issues.
Part VII: Design and Configure (Administrator / Template Author)
Design and publish Permit, JHA, and Form templates and configure the list views shown to users.

AI Autofill uses historical responses from the same Permit Template, Equipment, and Operation, while also considering the question meaning and response type. Suggestions are not final answers.

Note:

Sensitive questions such as Reason for Isolation and Permit Risk are not autofilled.

Start a permit and select its work, equipment, operation, and Permit Template context.
Open the available AI Autofill or recommendation action.
Review each suggested response and its confidence information.
Accept, edit, or ignore each suggestion.
Complete all remaining required fields manually.
Review the complete permit before saving or submitting it.

The permit contains responses reviewed by the requester rather than unverified AI output. Return to the permit form, verify all remaining fields, and submit through the normal raise procedure.
