Create and Manage Permits
Permit management ensures that hazardous work is properly planned, reviewed, authorized, and executed in compliance with safety requirements. You can create, review, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits to control work activities and ensure all required safety checks are completed throughout the permit lifecycle.
Create and Manage JHA
Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) helps identify, assess, and control hazards associated with a specific job or activity before work begins. Using configurable templates, you can create, assign, validate, and approve JHAs to ensure risks are properly evaluated and safety controls are in place.
Design and Manage Permit Template
Effective permit template management ensures standardized structure and compliance. Create and configure templates with required sections and fields to support consistent permit creation.

Key Permission Principles:

Actions are enabled or disabled based on the user’s assigned role.
Users only see actions relevant to their role (for example, “Authorize” is only visible to Authorizers).
